This guide is based on a Samsung Galaxy S8. Every Android device will have a slightly different process. In addition you may choose to setup email with an App of your own choosing, rather than the one built into your device. Slide your finger downwards starting from the top of the screen.
Press the "Settings icon".
Press "Cloud and accounts".
Press "Accounts".
Press "Add account".
Press "Email".
Enter your full Topmail email address and password into the corresponding fields.
Press "Sign in".
Select server type.
Press "IMAP account".
Enter the following information for the Incoming Settings:
Email address: your full Topmail email address
Username: your full Topmail email address
Password: your password to the Topmail account
IMAP server: imap.topmail.com
Security type: choose "SSL" from the dropdown list
Port: 993
Enter the following information for the Outgoing Settings:
SMTP server: smtp.topmail.com
Security type: choose "TLS" from the dropdown list
Port: 465
Authentication required before sending emails: Checked
Username: your full Topmail email address
Password: your password to the Topmail account
Press Sign In
Press the "Home key" to return to the home screen.
Slide your finger upwards on the screen.
Press "Samsung".
Press "Email".
Slide your finger right starting from the left side of the screen.
Press the "Settings icon".
Press "Notifications".
Press the indicator next to the required email account to turn the function ON or OFF.
Press the Return key.
Press the required account to enable syncronization.
Press the indicator next to "Sync account" to turn on the function.
Press "Account name".
Enter the required name and press OK.
Press "Your name".
Enter the required sender name and press OK.
Press "Sync schedule".
Press Set sync schedule.
Press the required setting.
